Alcohol and Drugs Awareness Workshop

NEW DATE - April 3 event postponed due to illness.

At some point between the age of 11-19 most young people will experiment with alcohol and in some cases, drugs. For most, it doesn't become a problem. However, if you feel that your son or daughter is at risk from getting involved in alcohol or drug related issues, or you'd just like to know more about current trends in drugs, what young people are experimenting with at this current time, the signs to look out for and what local services are available to help if you are worried, please come along to this workshop. Run by Lifeline Calderdale's 'Branching Out' service, who also deliver sessions in school.

This is one of a series of free health and wellbeing workshops at Ryburn for parents and carers.

Free childcare is available for those with younger children.
