Stress and how to deal with it

As the 'exam season' is about to start, many of our young people find it difficult to cope with the pressure of revision sessions, pressure to do well, dealing with lessons and allowing themselves some free time. Other young people want to bury their heads in the sand and pretend it will all go away. This workshop will help you to help your child prepare for the testing time ahead, with coping strategies, time management skills and suggestions on how to relax. Helpful also for students of all year groups who struggle to organise their workload and leisure time, and of course, for you, who has to cope with the fallout! Delivered by Healthy Minds.

There will be childcare available if you need to bring younger children with you to the workshop. Older students are welcome at the workshop.
