Aidan is a 500 Words Finalist!

There's great excitement here as Aidan O'Neill, in Year 7, is a Finalist in the BBC National 500 Words short story competition, run by Chris Evans on Radio 2. What an incredible achievement.

We're delighted to reveal that Ryburn has been shortlisted for a prestigious TES Schools Award, in recognition of our fantastic Science, Technology and Engineering teaching in school, and specifically the team of staff and students involved in our major Flight Simulator project.

Ryburn Red Nose Days always put the fun into fundraising and this year's was a great success. Our Charity Leaders planned and organised the day, which included a bake sale, a non-uniform day and the legendary Teacher Torture event, and raised over £1400.

Ryburn are currently hosting over 50 guests from Portugal, Poland, Finland, Italy and Romania on the return leg of the Erasmus+ project, 'Empowering Students with Entrepreneurial Skills', and we've got all sorts going on.
